  • Great Training System.

  • Wish I could buy this guide but i’m too poor, i’m in college doing a level 3 ICT course but I don’t like it, I originally wanted to be a game designer as I love playing games, but my interest has diminished over the past 2 years.

  • As a photoshop user I joined Mikes web design training system and must say Adobe Fireworks is much easier to use; Also the training system is fantastic

  • My question for is that what would be the prerequisites in order learn your web design online training?

  • Hi Mike, I do some web designing myself for some friends and always find this as a struggle maybe you can help me?

In your experience is it better to get the best looking design or leave a few features out to make it load quicker?

  • Just a willingness to learn, that’s all you need.

  • Yes!.. shoot me an email for more one on one explanation of how my course will help you. Visit my website and use the contact link to find my email.

  • Hi mike, I would like to get into web design but have no knowledge of fireworks, photoshop etc. I would like to know if this course would be good for a beginner like me with no web design foundation, thanks!

  • Not really, you just have to start at some point, pick up Fireworks and try to create a few graphics. The more you practice, you’ll get better.

  • Hi Mike, Thanks for your awesome video tutorials. Your tutorials are so inspiring. I’m a junior programmer and I love designing website. Though I’m still in school and should be out this Spring, I’m thinking about establishing my web design company. I don’t know anything about photoshop or firework and not a UI designer but do know CSS, HTML, etc. I do really want to learn UI design or other things that you talk about. does this require some basic knowledge ?

  • May I know why you prefer to use Adobe Fireworks rather than Photoshop?

  • I came back to web design a few months ago and your videos have really helped me get back into the groove of things. You have really inspired me to do my best. Thanks!

  • Hi Mike.

I definitely intend to buy your course soon but I have a question – in the course do you teach to code using tables or divs? or maybe a mixture of both?

    I’d be curious to know

  • Not sure since you are Photoshop and I work 100% in Adobe Fireworks. If you want to learn Fireworks, definitely. There are elements of me showing my process, how to come up with certain design elements, advice on growing as a visual UI designer but like all my tutorials, their done using Adobe Fireworks.

  • Hi Mike, as a Photoshop user do you think this would still be beneficial to me?

  • Thanks so much for testimonial! .. how much do I owe you? lol …no serious, I’m glad you truly learned something from the course. Your positive feedback means a lot.

  • I’m just wrapping up my Associates in Web Graphic Design and I just signed up for Michael’s course. It’s definitely best $90 bucks I’ve spent. In the past I’ve bought several coding and web design books and this course beats them all. After going through section 3, the coding part, I felt empowered. I loved learning about using Fireworks for wireframes, mock-ups and then taking the compete wireframe and coding it into an HTML editor. In the end, this course helped me immensely. Thanks Mike!

  • this is a really good price for what you’re offering, but is it just the same stuff as your youtube channel?

  • I actually did sign up, and It’s the best money I’ve ever spent, the videos are extremely helpful, even If your not a new designer, there are things that I’ve learnt today on day one that I can already apply to my design process.. So I’d highly recommend joining. Forget about Lynda dot com, honestly the training here is invaluable, and extremely easy to understand and follow..

And I’m not being paid to say this 😛

  • Mr. Locke, do you also discuss how much to charge for your services?

  • this guy is the man. I’d recommend anyone interested in web design to buy his program.

  • OMG!!! I remember emailing you about doing this! SO HAPPY YOU DID!

  • I really want to buy into this, but there is no tutorials on coding. So, it’s a toss-up right now for me.

  • Putting some energy inside me man, I will buy it, but as said before, is there going to be a bit of outline?
