Summary

Authored a three-stage AI curriculum — Understand, Use, Grow — for adult learners with no technical background, spanning eight modules from first-hour orientation through a student's first working automation.
Lessons are written to end in usable work rather than theory, with every module opening on a free starter lesson; the design standard is that anyone who can send a text message can complete the work.
Teach and support students directly through a cohort community, working from the real quotes, invoices, and posts students bring rather than prepared examples.
Built and operate the delivery platform: an open public site plus a gated membership site with accounts, saved lesson progress, free and paid tiers, and monthly module releases.
Worked examples drawn from regional contractors, farms, retail shops, salons, and supply businesses.

Technology Helpdesk Aid & Tutor

Big Bend Community College 2006 – 2008

Tutored students one-on-one in computer coursework across a two-year appointment, meeting each student at their actual starting point rather than the one the syllabus assumed.
Staffed the open computer lab and technology helpdesk, resolving lab machine, campus portal, and end-user issues for students and college staff.
Held the position while completing Cisco Networking Academy coursework (CCNA 1 & 2) at the same college, tutoring peers through material I was working through myself.

Client Training & Published Instruction

Post-launch client training — part of every website build since 2003; owners and staff are trained to manage their own content rather than depending on the developer for routine changes.
Repair as instruction — twenty-three years of walking non-technical clients through their own machines, explaining the fix so the same problem does not return.
Written instruction — public setup tutorial for the Hermes autonomous agent, architecture write-ups and how-to guides in the Gorden Web Design Learning Center, and 30-day sequenced email and blog course series on websites, SEO, and small-business marketing.

Teaching Approach

Plain language first — jargon introduced only after the underlying idea already makes sense.
Every session ends with something the learner can actually use, not a concept to recite.
Students work on their own material, because the example that matters is the one on their desk.
Patience as method — most people who believe they "can't do computers" were never given a place to start.

The platform behind the curriculum. Public site: mobile-first static build with a modern 3D treatment using generative assets produced in Higgsfield, deployed to owned Hostinger infrastructure rather than a platform URL so domain, SEO, and analytics stay in-house. Membership platform: gated curriculum delivery with accounts, saved lesson progress, free and paid tiers, and monthly module releases without a rebuild. Community layer wired in as the primary call to action, converting readers into an ongoing cohort.

Hermes Mission Control OS

Centralized orchestration dashboard for running fleets of AI agents — delivered as both a React application and a self-contained single-file HTML build requiring no toolchain.
