Mission control for AI-built sites.

I design, build, and ship websites — solo, fast, end-to-end. Web presence for small business and AI tools for the work behind it.

What I build

Three practices, one studio. Each runs end-to-end without agency overhead.

AI Sites

Full sites designed and built with AI tooling — from copy to layout to deploy. Single operator, no agency overhead, finished in days.

// tooling: Hermes, Claude, Midjourney

Affiliate Systems

Content and site structures built to run affiliate programs properly — disclosed, tracked, and maintained. Compliance first, conversion second.

// networks: Amazon, ClickBank, Rakuten

WordPress Engineering

Custom themes, performance tuning, and hands-on WordPress builds for people who need it done right. Theme-level work, not page-builder soup.

// stack: PHP, WP, custom themes

The work, end-to-end.

// step 01

Scope

30-minute call to nail the brief. What it is, what it isn’t, what ships first.

// step 02

Design

Layout, copy, and visual direction. Reviewed live, revised same day.

// step 03

Build

Production on a real stack. Performance, accessibility, and SEO wired in by default.

// step 04

Ship

DNS cutover, monitoring enabled, walkthrough handoff. You’re live, I’m on call.

Let’s build something.

Project inquiries, affiliate questions, or just a quick call to talk through a problem. Replies within one business day.

What repeat customers ask before hiring

These are the questions I hear most often from past referrals, in the order they typically come up.

  1. What does it cost? — Most small business sites land between $1,800 and $9,500. The 5-page starter is $1,800. A 20-page WordPress build with custom schema is $3,500 to $6,500. E-commerce with custom product configuration is $4,500 to $9,500. Monthly maintenance is $50 to $200.
  2. How long does it take? — 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch. The first week is discovery. Weeks 2 and 3 are design and content. Weeks 3 and 4 are build. The final week is testing and launch.
  3. Do I own the site? — Yes. The WordPress install, the design, the content, the domain — all of it is yours. You can take it to any developer. There’s no proprietary lock-in.
  4. What happens after launch? — You get 30 days of post-launch support included. After that, hosting, security, and updates are $50 to $200 a month. There’s no contractual requirement to keep me on — keep me on if you want, swap me out if you don’t.
  5. Will it rank on Google? — Built to, with local SEO, schema markup, and llms.txt for AI search. The studio’s own site is a 50-day SEO zero-critical streak — the methodology is the same one I use for clients.

Recent case study — Polk Court

The most recent public engagement: 1324 E Polk Court, Moses Lake, WA. A 4-bedroom, 2-bath single-story home listed for sale by owner at $469,000. The site was built in 2026 to a deadline — local SEO primacy, schema markup, photo compression, and a /llms.txt tailored for real estate AI queries. Designed so the listing surfaces on Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook Marketplace, and any AI search engine that crawls the page.

More published case studies will roll out as the studio’s portfolio expands. For now, the Polk Court listing is the most complete, documented example of a single-asset site built end-to-end with the same methodology used for ongoing client work.
