aiwork is a curated job board for the AI industry. As of 2026-09-08 it lists 845+ jobs across 13+ companies including OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Vercel, Scale AI, Hugging Face, and Cohere. Jobs are scraped daily from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and custom career pages, then deduplicated.

Yes — the full job listing and search are 100% free. No login is required to browse, view job details, or apply directly. Free accounts get saved jobs; paid Starter tier ($9.99/mo) gets alerts; Pro ($34.99/mo) adds bulk applications; Premium ($69.99/mo) is the full feature set.

aiwork is owned and operated by Douglas Gorden Jr / Gorden Web Design, a web design agency based in Washington state. The codebase is open source at github.com/gordenwd/aiwork. Contact: support@gordenwebdesign.com.

Listings are refreshed daily. The scraper runs once per day against every source; new roles appear within 24 hours of being posted on the source ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) or company career page. Webhook updates push incremental changes immediately when sources support them.

When a job is removed from its source ATS, the next scrape (within 24 hours) marks it as closed on aiwork. Closed listings remain on the source URL but show a "closed" banner.

Every job page has a "Report this listing" link at the bottom. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Use the search bar on the homepage with a keyword, company name, role title, or skill. Filter chips narrow results by work mode (remote, hybrid, onsite), required skills (LLM, agents, RAG, evals, RLHF), role category, and visa sponsorship.

Yes. Browse the /tags page for the full list of skill tags (LLM, RAG, evals, RLHF, agents, MLOps, and 200+ more). Each tag page shows only jobs that require that specific skill.

Yes. Use the filter chips on the homepage or search page: Remote, Hybrid, Onsite.

Yes. Filter by "visa sponsored" on the search page. The flag is parsed from job descriptions and may be incomplete; always verify with the company before applying.

Go to /post and fill in the form: company name (or pick existing), job title, description, location, salary range, work mode, and tier (Standard $99/30d or Featured $148/30d). Stripe billing is paused as of 2026-09-08 pending key rotation — until then, the upgrade flow uses a mock checkout that activates the subscription instantly.

Standard ($99/30d) listings appear in search results with neutral styling. Featured ($148/30d) listings get a highlighted card, priority ordering in search, and a "Featured" badge. Both include 30 days of visibility and all applicant messaging.

Yes. Log in, go to /account → My listings, and edit or pause any active listing. Edits go live within 5 minutes.

Yes. /api/jobs returns JSON for the current listings. Supports ?q= for full-text search, ?company= for company filter, ?work_mode= for remote/hybrid/onsite, ?skill= for tag filter, ?limit= and ?offset= for pagination.

Please use the official API at /api/jobs. Direct scraping is allowed within reason but must respect robots.txt and rate limits (max 60 requests/minute per IP). Excessive scraping will trigger a 429.

Yes. Every job page emits a JobPosting JSON-LD with title, description, location, salary, work mode, and hiring organization. Google indexes these within days of publishing.

No. aiwork is an independent job board. The job listings come from public ATS feeds or scraped career pages. aiwork is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Vercel, or any other company listed.

Free accounts: email, saved jobs, alert preferences. No data is sold or shared. Paid accounts: same plus billing (handled by Stripe; paused as of 2026-09-08). Data deletion: contact support@gordenwebdesign.com to delete your account and all associated data.
