Pricing FAQ
Is the free tier enough?
Yes, if you're actively searching and willing to apply manually to each job. Free accounts get all the listings, all the filters, and direct apply links to the source ATS. Upgrade to Starter if you want alerts, or Pro if you want bulk applications.
What's the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro ($34.99/mo) is for active job seekers who want bulk apply. Premium ($69.99/mo) adds resume optimization tools, priority ranking in employer search results, and the dedicated support channel. If you're not actively applying to 50+ jobs/day, Pro is enough.
When does Stripe billing go live?
As of 2026-09-08, Stripe is paused pending key rotation. Until then, the upgrade flow uses a mock checkout that activates the subscription instantly — no real money moves. Billing will go live once the Stripe key is rolled. Status updates will be posted to the homepage banner.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — full refund within 7 days of any charge, no questions asked. After 7 days, pro-rated refund for unused time. Email support@gordenwebdesign.com.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from /account → Billing. Your tier stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free.
How do employers post jobs?
Go to /post and fill in the form. Standard listings are $99/30 days, Featured are $148/30 days. Stripe billing paused as of 2026-09-08 — mock checkout instant-activates the listing until Stripe goes live.
