Real estate website design for Central Washington agents and brokerages. WordPress + IDX (Showcase IDX, iHomefinder, Realtyna), listings, lead capture, agent bios, neighborhood pages. Built for solo agents and brokerages. $1,800 to $9,500 fixed-price, 4 to 8 week delivery.

What a Central WA real estate website needs

A real estate site is not a small business site with extra pages. The structure is different — buyers and sellers come with intent, search by neighborhood and price, and want a fast way to see listings, request a showing, or get a home valuation. The site has to answer those questions in the first three seconds or the visitor is gone.

Platforms and IDX integrations

We build on WordPress because it gives the best balance of flexibility, SEO, and ownership. You own the site, the content, and the domain — not a SaaS platform that can change pricing or shut down. The IDX layer is a plugin or third-party service that connects your MLS feed to the site.

We don’t sell IDX subscriptions — that’s between you and the IDX provider. We integrate whichever one you already have or recommend one based on your MLS.

Local proof — Polk Court and Central WA listings

We built polkcourt.com as a flat-HTML FSBO listing site for a Moses Lake property that closed 2026-09-25 with listing agent Alfredo Rodriguez. The site ran for the duration of the listing, captured seller leads, and provided a public record of the sale. It’s a worked example of what a focused Central Washington property site can do with the right copy, the right photos, and the right MLS data — even without a full brokerage framework behind it.

We’ve also built agent sites for Central Washington brokers moving off kvCORE or Real Geeks, and we’ve migrated listings and SEO value across without losing rankings.

Pricing

Solo-agent sites run $3,500 to $6,500. Brokerage sites with multiple agents, custom IDX search, and lead routing run $6,500 to $9,500. IDX subscriptions are billed separately by the IDX provider, not us. Hosting and maintenance are $49 to $199 per month after launch.

Real estate website FAQ

Q: Do you build IDX-integrated real estate websites?

A: Yes. We build WordPress real estate sites with IDX plugins (Showcase IDX, iHomefinder, or Realtyna) so listings sync from your MLS. Agent bios, lead-capture forms, neighborhood pages, and buyer/seller guides are all in scope.

Q: I’m an individual agent, not a brokerage. Is this still for me?

A: Yes — about half our real estate clients are solo agents or two-person teams. A personal brand site with your listings, IDX search, lead capture, and a CMA request form is the right size for most independent agents in Central Washington.

Q: Can you migrate from an existing real estate site?

A: We migrate from kvCORE, Real Geeks, agentfire, and most custom-built sites. We preserve your URL structure where possible, set up 301 redirects for any pages that move, and bring your content and photos across.

Q: Do you handle the photography?

A: We don’t shoot real estate photography ourselves. We connect you with Central Washington real estate photographers we’ve worked with, and we integrate their photos into the site. Listings photos from your MLS also pull through automatically via IDX.

Q: What’s the cost for a real estate website?

A: A solo-agent site runs $3,500 to $6,500. A brokerage site with multiple agents, custom IDX search, and lead routing runs $6,500 to $9,500. IDX subscriptions are billed separately by the IDX provider, not us. Timeline is 4 to 8 weeks.
